What is work-related road risk…?
Work-related road risk (WRRR) is the risk your employees face when driving for work, the risk they pose to others road users and the risk of damage to vehicles or property. This is irrespective of whether employees are driving company owned or own privately owned vehicles (often referred to as ‘grey-fleet’ vehicles).
Regardless of how often they drive, why they drive or how far they drive, employers have a legal duty under the health & safety at work legislation to ensure they manage WRRR effectively and have robust processes in place.
We help employers manage key elements of work-related road risk for car and van drivers by enabling them to facilitate the following processes via our easy to use and cost-effective cloud-based platform:
• Vehicle Inspections & daily van defect checks (tyres, damage, faults)
• Maintenance Reminders (MOT and services)
• Driving Licence Checks
• Driving History Checks
• Insurance Checks
• Accident Reports
• Driving Hour Records
• Policy Compliance
